Hi, I’m Jeremy. I co-founded Habituals, an app that neurogamifies habit tracking so consistency actually sticks. My work sits at the crossroads of AI/ML, data science, and product, where I love translating complex systems into products that feel effortless.
I’m based in San Francisco, building Habituals and actively seeking full-time roles where I can bring my mix of data, product, and analytics skills to bigger challenges.
After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, I spent 2 years at Allianz, the world’s largest insurer. I became fascinated by how quantitative models drive business transformation, which led me back to university for a master’s degree in business analytics. I then immediately began putting it to work as a data scientist at the San Francisco Fire Credit Union, working on projects that connected analytics directly to growth and member experience.

I’ve led product strategy from the ground up, writing PRDs, designing the user journey, and prototyping the user temporal growth/decay engine. On the technical side, I’ve worked across architecture choices, data pipelines, and gamification mechanics, aiming to build a product that is both ADHD-friendly and community-driven. Habituals is my ongoing side project and a proving ground for how design, data, and behavioral science can come together to change daily routines.
San Francisco Fire Credit Union
San Francisco, CA
At SF Fire Credit Union, I applied analytics directly to business growth and member experience. I rebuilt funnel reporting for new account openings, diagnosing drop-off points and reducing application times by nearly half. I developed attribution models, shifting the credit union from first-touch to multi-touch tracking, which improved conversion measurement and informed marketing spend. I also created dashboards in Power BI and Looker, presenting insights to executives and shaping decisions on deposits, memberships, and digital transformation. This role connected technical data science with strategy in a way that had immediate impact on the business.
Allianz
London, United Kingdom
I joined Allianz’s Graduate Program in London, rotating through technical underwriting and the actuarial function. In underwriting, I dug into the customer journey across motor, home, and travel products, building dashboards in PowerBI to make complex data simple and presenting pricing insights to senior managers. In the actuarial team, I focused on premium risk modelling, liability reserving, and portfolio work for property and engineering lines. I became responsible for the firm’s monthly Claims Tracking Report, coding in R and SAS, and built cashflow models that fed into quarterly presentations to Allianz Group in Germany. I also supported the transition from IFRS4 to IFRS17, helping align models with global standards. Across both rotations, I learned how to translate technical analysis into clear, actionable insights that senior leaders could use to make better decisions.
I recently completed my master’s in Business Analytics at UC Davis, where I focused on applying machine learning, data science, and product thinking to real-world business problems. This milestone built on my actuarial foundation and marked the start of my shift into data-driven product strategy.
Today, I split my time between building Habituals and exploring full-time opportunities in data, analytics, and product roles. My goal is to keep blending technical depth with design and strategy, whether that’s through start-ups or larger organizations solving complex problems at scale.
I share ideas at the intersection of product, analytics, and design. Speaking lets me test ideas, connect with others, and keep learning from the questions people ask.

I like to build, test, and learn. These projects highlight the mix of product, analytics, and strategy I bring to my work.
I like to learn through immersing myself in the world of product. I write about topics that interest me, in with the aim of learning.
